Located in Ponderosa Dining Hall, the Fireside and Pinecone Rooms can seat up to 30 and 50 guests respectively. The Fireside room has an assortment of tea and coffee available 24/7. A portable media cart is available upon request. Restrooms are located in the hallway of the Ponderosa Dining Hall just outside the Fireside room.

The Village Lodges and several Off-site Cabins have common meeting areas See the Lodging for more detailed descriptions. There is also a modular meeting unit that has recently been added to accommodate our guests while some of our construction is completed.
