The Ponderosa is a large lodge-style building with three wings that seats up to 500 guests. Three serving lines, one in each wing, always have a great selection of hot and cold items to chose from. A salad bar is always available for lunch and dinner.

Have special dietary needs ... no problem. Just let us know well in advance of your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
